    Any student who wants to pursue studies in Singapore need to obtain an offer letter from their institutefor future course. Then the institute in Singapore submit the Singapore student pass for the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoint Authority (ICA). Student visa applications are processed through the Student’s Pass On-Line Application & Registration (SOLAR) system. Applications for a student visa must be submitted at least one month, and not more than two months, before the commencement of the course.
